PUNE Civic body has held an online lottery to allocate 1,030 houses built under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). The draw will take place on March 30.

Vikram Kumar, City Commissioner PMC, said, “The online lottery will be held on March 30 for Affordable Housing Partnership. Residents who submitted the forms between August 2021 and September 4, 2021 could participate and enjoy the benefit. Taking into account the Covid-19 standards, the lottery takes place online.

These 1,030 apartments are available in six different programs, located mainly in Hadapsar, two sites in Kharadi and one site in Vadgaon Khrurda.

For more details, residents can visit the PMAY office located at Swatraveer Sawarkar Bhavan, near Balgandharva.

    Jammu | During Prime Minister’s visit, Kashmiri pundits sit on panel demanding dharna to investigate exodus

    Demanding that a commission be set up to investigate the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits from the valley, community members sat on dharnas on Sunday to draw the attention of Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his visit to the union territory. The Kashmiri Pandit Volunteers, led by Sandeep Mawa, have been sitting on a fast to death for four days in Srinagar, lobbying for their demand.
